Remote Learning Checklist Grades 7-12

Your school district may implement remote learning or E-Learning (electronic learning) as a precautionary measure to help slow or prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Please review the list below to ensure you are prepared for remote learning with technology:

  1. Ensure your school-issued device is fully functional. This may include but not limited to:
    • Check your keyboard for any keys that may not work
    • Check your trackpad to ensure it is fully operational
    • Report any internet issues with your WiFi or battery life
  2. Review how to use Google Meet & Google Chat
  3. Review how to use Google Classroom

What to expect from us:

  • Our team will be ready to handle remote support via video calls
  • Our team will have a process in place to handle hardware repairs via a drop-off system
  • Our team will provide support with diagnosing issues with your Home WiFi. This is not something we typically do but due to the circumstances, we will be extending support to your home infrastructure
  • Our team will be readily available during normal business hoursĀ 
  • Our team will NOT do house calls or provide complex support for end-user devices not owned by your organization
